It restores the Microsoft Windows Operating System, drivers and all applications that came with it. Note: Sometimes, some manufactures do not include outdated Microsoft Office 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013 and 2016 applications on the discs. Microsoft wants you to buy the newer version. |

Add-On Option (1) Update BIOS Software Service We will update the BIOS software on your Desktop Computer, one level (example: from A01 to A02). You may need more than one update level to get the computer current. To update the BIOS, we must download the update from the manufacturer to our computer, transfer via USB Key Drive to your computer, update your computer, and then totally re-program all of the BIOS software settings. Afterword, we will leave a copy of the file on your hard drive for safe keeping. |

Add-On Option (1) Zero Out Hard Drive Service We will zero out your hard drive. That means, when viruses get too bad, it is a good idea after your computer has been cleaned, to print a zero in every place on the free space of the hard drive, effectively erasing the free space. That way, there is no way for the virus to be recovered by another virus. |
