A $50.00 cash deposit is required of all new customers, when dropping off your computer for the first time.
100% of it is applied to your invoice. You may also pay the entire invoice in cash, if you wish.

Why we charge a minimum of $50.00 plus tax to look or work on your computer.
A) We spend a few of hours of time working on your computer, diagnosing and fixing all or parts of the problem that you have.
B) We get quite a few older computers that people have purchased at yard sales for $5.00. When they find out what it will cost to fix it, they don't want it. They tell us "we can go ahead and keep it". The problem is, we don't want it either. So, the $50.00 cash deposit was born.

PayPal Online Processed Invoices:

PayPal Invoices are emailed from us. If you request a PayPal Invoice, we will need your email address.
EXTRA TIME: PayPal Invoices will take between 1 hour to up to 3 days extra time to process. We will phone you immediately after it is processed.
Also, a 2.9% + $0.30 processing fee is charged to all invoices processed by PayPal.
All invoices must be bank settled before your computer can be picked up.
We will email you a PayPal Invoice. It can be paid by:
• Your PayPal Account
• Your Bank Savings Account
• Your Bank Checking Account
• Your Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express)

Reason #1: Three business have given us checks that have bounced.
